Both of the sales associates were a blast! It’s difficult to describe great customer service, but when you know, you know! Very helpful, knowledgeable and a really enjoyable experience.

Daisy the salesperson was extremely helpful. She guided me through every purchase and even cleaned, organized my charms and recommended charms and add-ons. I left feeling like a queen with the way my bracelet looked. Thank you Daisy you were exceptional.

The staff was available right away and helped show us the items on sale and try on a variety of sizes of bracelets. She showed us a variety of beads without being pushy and even offered to clean out current bracelet for free!

They addressed my needs as soon as I came in the door and educated me on products that I did not even know existed. I would highly recommend visiting this location the next time I am on the Las Vegas strip. It also did not hurt that Pandora was having a 50% sale on some items - what a bonus!

Daisy D was excellent! She provided great customer service from beginning to end. She was patient with me viewing and asking question about pieces. She also assisted me with organizing my Pandora charms on the 3 bracelets I was currently wearing and explained to me about proper upkeep. The other associates were helpful and friendly also. They offered to clean my jewelry and assisted Daisy in assisting me.
