The staff was very friendly and informative about which kinds of charms I was looking for. I was taken directly to the section in which I was searching. Also was offered a cleaning for my current pandora bracelet without having to ask which was very nice of them! Very great location.

I was welcomed with friendliness and helpful assistance. The sales girl was very personable and I enjoyed her conversation with me and that made me most comfortable. I loved how knowledgeable she was with everything about the Pandora jewelry!!! The store was beautiful and very clean and inviting!!!
