Connie gave me a wonderful experience, even offering to clean my bracelet and it was like new. I live in California, I have visited other stores and the attention here has been excellent, so much so that I am doing this survey just to give my good reference.

Mereet and her fellow colleague, I forgot the name, were amazing. Very knowledgeable and asked me questions that made their recommendations on the mark for what I was looking for. I enjoyed my time there and commend the girls for their great attitude and customer service.

I was so excited to see that there was an exclusive las vegas collection! I get my sister pandora charms for her bracelet all the time and I was very happy to be able to help her remember this trip!

Brittany & Gisselle were the two employees that helped me with my purchase today, they were very knowledgeable with the products and were able to assist with additional items to complete my purchase. Brittany the manager is helping me find the right bracelet for my wife, and she is going out of her way to go above and beyond to make this happen. Gisselle also did an amazing job today when I was in the Pandora store to help with the purchasing process. With Brittany and Gisselle working together today they made the shopping experience, very welcoming and inviting to shop at this location. Sales associate was friendly. She knew her stuff and quickly learned what I liked and recommended things I would not have seen without her.
