You honestly don't carry a large selection of beads. I was expecting more in color section. Also a better selection of number's oretty colors.

I had a problem with the bracelet as a charm I purchased was stuck on the end not allowing me to wear the bracelet. The associate also having a difficult time had another come to help and she was able to fix it. I was told to purchase two locking beads or a safety chain to keep that from happening again. My plan was to make this purchase at a later date as it was a gift for my granddaughter but I went ahead and bought it. If I had known this I would have chose a different time or different bracelet to purchase. Thanks so much

Nothing above expectation. It was a little over priced. Kind of dark in relation to other stores.

I tried taking in a product that had an issue and they said they couldn’t get it back. Because no receipt was available due to change of system. I was sent back with item to try and get the paper receipt back

I have purchased multiple bracelets and charms over the years and the sales associates was unable to locate account. She was trying to help multiple customers at the same time so didn't feel like I got appropriate attention. She had stated she would get with manager to determine status of account because I mentioned that it meant she did not have the registration of my previous purchases. Instead she pulled out some half sheets of papers for me to complete; indicating they would perform an account search and would contact me. I bet I don't every hear from them again. I did not get a good customer service feeling about the entire process and actually felt like returning my entire purchase.

When me and my husband arrived nobody greeted us. We felt looked over. We had to practically beg for help. Tiffany was acting incompetent regarding my $10 coupon. Wasn't friendly.

Brenda didn't honor online prices in the store even though I showed her online the items I wanted to purchase. The bracelet online was $41.99 / charged $64.99. Hano Solo charm online $22.50 charges $24.50. I asked for all boxes of the 7 charms & bracelet yet in the bag was only the box for the bracelet.

Store supervisor was very loud and condescending when I was trying to explain my situation about my charms. They spoke to us in a very demeaning manner and we just simply weren’t content. It’s the first time we’ve been treated in such a manner.
