Selection was good for the 50% off charms Trying to resolve being overcharged for the opener clasp kit, letter sent to store as I was shopping from another state

Just went in to check what was on the sale. Got to see various selections without feeling rushed. Sales associate was very nice and helpful.

I went to the store because my ring was missing a stone they replaced it and I was satisfied plus I end up buying two more charms for my daughter birthday.

CSA was so helpful. She was so patience allowing us take our time to show the right earing. After our purchase my daughter tried her earings and CSA followed up with us making sure she liked them.

The associate K wa so kind and engaging. She motivated me to return and I have told no less than to people about my experience.
