I love the quality for one thing! When we arrived to this store they were very friendly as always and had the charm that I was looking for. I’m always recommending everyone to have a charm bracelet. I have one for my anniversary /disney charms and the other is my travel charms of all places we have visited or charm memory of the places we have visited.

Walking into the Pandora store the staff was very attentive and extremely nice. I told them I was a long time customer, and that I was looking for a specific ring. The sales staff found the ring immediately and helped me find my size.

Both associates that were there that day went above and beyond to help me find the particular item that I was looking for.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked what I needed help with. They immediately took my bracelet and charms to clean them. After cleaning Jaclyn helped me in picking new charms and pulled out different types of charms. She was very sweet and helpful, I never felt rushed.

The young lady that help me was so nice and friendly. If I lived there I would go to the store all the time just to see Jaclyn!
