This Pandora store was at the airport, which was very convenient. I won’t be back in 90 days, because I don’t live in Vegas

The customer service I received from Lilly was exceptional. I was in the McClaren Airport (Las Vegas). She took her time to explain everything and show me everything and even make recommendations and suggestions. I was hesitant to buy but her customer service skills and knowledge of the products and what I wanted was what sold me. She definitely should get a raise or be promoted. She has great people skills and good closer, even when I backed away she was respectful but reminded me of the savings and exclusiveness of the prodcuts only in Vegas, I was sold.

Your sales associate at this store was welcoming, friendly, and approachable but not pushy. She obviously knew your stock both in this store and in general as we could converse over previous Pandora products no longer offered. Was easy to connect and would easily be a favorite Pandora store. Too bad it’s in an airport and I’ll only have this sales lady once a year not more… or good thing for my wallet!!
