My purchase was in Rome, Italy, the lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable about the products. She directed me immediately to the Italy related pieces.

The sales rep was extremely friendly. Everyone in the store greeted me and made me feel welcome. I asked about certain colors and styles vans the rep immediately pulled out what I was looking for. This Location was at the Vegas airport so they purchase was quick and easy. The staff made me feel special and excited about my purchase. Great job by all!
