Pretty nice hotel. Wish they had a spa and jacuzzi tub.

We checked for bed bugs and the mattress had what looked like mold growing on it! It was disgusting!!!

Hate the wifi access log in page for mobile devices. Lobby is great and staff is very friendly

Did not recognize my room preferences or elite status

My complaint was that the conference room was not set up the way I had asked. Nothing was done about it because it was too last minute.
