Heather was excellent at providing deep tissue massage. She made me feel comfortable. She was very friendly and made me feel at home.

I really loved my massage therapist. They did the amount of pressure I needed and was friendly without being intrusive. The reception staff were also very nice and welcoming while I was in the lobby.

Everyone was friendly and knew their stuff. Facial was well done and relaxing.

It may look as though I just clicked through and rated everything the highest rating, BUT I answered very honestly. Everything at my H&S location is great. The staff is warm and friendly and knowledgeable, the place is clean and inviting and my therapist is a joy to work with. I intend to keep my membership and keep coming back every month indefinitely.

Such a nice spa with friendly staff. I love the inner room with selection of hot tea or water. Wait time is always minimal and I always get my full hour service.
