The overall experience was great. The spa is very welcoming. The staff answered all my questions without hesitation greatly.

The staff is quite amiable. The massage therapists were also friendly and very capable. However, I would suggest more discretion when asking if someone wants their 'glutes' massaged. It can be embarrassing to answer that question out in the open lobby.

The atmosphere, the staff and the massage therapist was extremely supportive. I am completely satisfied and it has become one of my favorite places to go.

The atmosphere is very calm and peaceful. Elles always provides a wonderful experience. She single handed made me a believer in regular facials.

Ellisse is amazing. She addresses all concerns with knowledge and professionalism. I am disappointed by the upselling of services. I wish my membership actually covered the cost of a visit.

Ellies is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to assess my skin to see what treatment she would recommend. She had even researched to see that I had the reward points available to pay for an add-on. I didn’t even remember that I had points to use! She is fantastic.

Elise is great. She always takes the time to address any questions or concerns I have and explains what she’s doing throughout outlets facial. I feel comfortable knowing I’m bettering my skin.

Alex was excellent in her technique. She spent extra time on the area's that were bothering me. Overall a great experience.
