My esthetician, Michaella, was personable and professional. She explained each process of the facial so I knew what was taking place. The atmosphere was relaxing. The upper body massage was wonderful. As a result of my experience and the value for the cost, I signed up for the monthly program.

Lead technician was kind and gentle . I did not want to leave . I have already told quite a few people about her .
