It was fine. But I've found that my services aren't as thorough as I've had at some other places. The minimum amount that would serve any customer is fine but there's not time (?) or interest (?) in solving any issues that are individual.

The ease of getting same day appointments are valuable with my schedule.I have sen many different providers at the Clarksville location and each one is very professional however you can tell some have better skills than others. Overall, great place for a quick refresh!

Everything for the most part was wonderful- however- the esthetician washed dishes/brushes/tools during facial when i had mask on which made a ton of noise and was not relaxing at all-sink was running and dishes clanging lasted approx 3-4 minutes- the same happened with my daughters facial. This takes away from the relaxation experience.

I had a Christmas in July gift card for a 79.95 massage but the “ system “ registered it as a “credit” toward the full price so I was asked to pay the difference. That is not what the promotion stated. The receptionist was helpful and came up with a work-around so it would be accepted but it took quite a while to make it happen ( about 10 minutes to check out). This is not the first time this has happened to me - I feel like a “bait and switch “ scam is in place with these types of offers so I will never again purchase any promotional offers nor will I continue to patronize Hand &Stone. My husband also has one of these gift card promotions so I forewarned him about the “bait and switch.”

When I pay for a facial or massage for an hour, I'd like to get an hour, not 45-50 minutes.

There is only one therapist who has any openings and she only works during the work week. I don't think I can continue to miss 2 hours of work each Friday to attend my appointment

Sometimes the female therapists the one I want are not available. The price is a bit high. I get partial reimbursement from Insurance; however, your invoice receipt needs tweaking.

I was satisfied with my experience. If I hit something incorrectly stating I was dissatisfied that was not my intention. I had a lovely time at your location.

I'm used to the therapist bringing water after a massage. I paid partially with a gift card and received an email receipt. When I got home and checked the receipt-the gift card was not applied. I called and they refunded me the amount to my credit card-just an extra hassle.
