When I went to put my membership on hold, due to extra sessions and my schedule, I was told it would cost $30. I don't think that the right thing to do, so I will not continue.

The facial was very good. However, I was disappointed that during the time the masque was applied the esthetician washed her brushes and attended to other things in the background instead of using the time to massage my neck or hands, as most other facials I have previously received have done. Other than that I was satisfied with the service.

Some confusion after the fact about the membership fee, which should be waived. I’m sure it will be straightened out my next visit in 2 days since the staff is very friendly and tries to be very accommodating

I would like to try other massage therapists to see how they differ and the store is having problems hiring others. The manager is trying very hard though.

cloths used to wipe off products were rough/harsh. i felt categorized, not personalized.

Overall the massage was great. No issue having to push my massage back an hour. Trying to schedule my next massage with the front desk was weird. Last time they had no issue penciling me in for when the therapists' schedule got released. This time they said the book hadn't opened yet. Hot take: this particular therapist is quitting and they don't want to tell clients. Which isn't that big of a deal, just be straight forward about it. It is also entirely possible I completely misread the situation.

They charged extra $20 for the facial telling that I need special treatment. I was disappointed as I already paid $79.99 for facial. But I liked the services our there.

I wish the waiting area was cut off from the front desk and that it has more comfortable chairs. Since they only have 1 esthetician and I went with a friend I had to wait an hour in the lobby and it was not that relaxing.

The massage and front desk staff were really good. I signed up for the month to month program because of how well the massage was. After I signed up, I found out that the therapist I had was leaving and there is a shortage of staff. No new appointments are being booked at this location until the new staff come online. This would have been very useful information to share before I signed up for the membership.
