Danielle was an excellent therapist. She is very professional and knowledgeable. To be Highly Satisfied, I'd like more relaxing music, aromatherapy, or suggestions for other treatments for my issues.

While I very much enjoyed my facial, I really wish there was less selling of your products involved.

Overall it was wonderful. I would have enjoyed more massage if the head, neck, shoulders and arms while having the masks set. Felt like a lot of time just waiting. But she was wonderful overall.

Nice and clean facility. Esthetician was very good addressing the treatment that I need.

Freida was excellent I wanted to have two services, however no massage times were available for a week

My only complaint is the use of cold water for the first part of the treatment. Otherwise it was wonderful.

The message therapist skipped over a few sections. I asked for shoulder and back primarily but also whole body. She did my back and a bit of shoulders but no neck, head, chest, and skipped a majority of my quad. My mother got a message right after and received certain things that I did not while not receiving certain things I did. Overall great message and work on my back with deep pressure like I asked.

When I arrived and entered the massage room I was told in the massage room that the service I came for wasn’t available because the Himalayan stones were too rough I think they should’ve contacted me before I arrived I was offered another service again this was when I entered the massage room NOT when I arrived at the front desk. I also didn’t realize the products were not scented The products were unscented so there was no censorial or aromatic experience I was told I needed to select that when I was on the website I guess I missed that I thought the room would have some kind of aroma for the experience - people were lovely.

Use real candles with aroma, use real succulents, have waiting room in separate area than reception
