It was fine, not bad just ok.

I had booked a 90 min massage. Confirmation email shows 90 minutes. Arrived and was told due to a booking error someone else was booked during the last 30 min of my appt and instead of rescheduling them I was told I could either do 60 min or reschedule. At the very least I should have been called ahead of time so that if I decided to reschedule I didn’t drive all the way there for nothing.

The reception room was cold, not welcoming at all.

My massage therapist was lovely and it was a very nice massage, however, I did ask for a deep tissue and the pressure was not firm enough for my problem areas. I did ask her to apply more pressure, but I'm not sure that was her forte. Next time I will request someone who can give a deep tissue massage. And, the scalp massage was more of a hair rub, not a massage.

I was satisfied with the masssge beaded on expectation. Was it an incredible “SPA” experience? No. Was my therapist great? Yes. Will I be back yes.

Haven't yet had a therapist that really fits. Need to try more until that happens

Not sure why you charge returning customers more $ than first timers. (no I don't want to join) If the price was $95 for the visit as it is for first timers, I may visit more than at $135...Just saying.
