Spending a little less time with me than an hour

I like the set up, but I hate that each time I try to schedule an appointment a month out they always call me to cancel the appointment a few days out. (This goes for all 3 spas in my area, Tradition, Palm City and US Hwy 1.) I hate your tip policy, they are aggressive in asking for tips at the end of service. In Tradition, they even called me to see if I was going to leave a tip a few days after my appointment. I said no. I had my reasons - I upgraded my treatment, I spent $140 instead of $69, that means you made double funds in the same amount of time. I did not leave a tip. YOU MADE DOUBLE $$$ IN THE SAME TIME. You did not spend more time with me because I was getting more done. Tradition office called me a few days later asking me to leave a tip. I said no. DO NOT CALL ME FOR A TIP. DO NOT ASK ME FOR A TIP. TIPS ARE OPTIONAL. I GIVE AT MY PLEASURE. When I went to my massage on US Hwy 1, I felt there was thought there was some kind of flag in my file and the girls were laughing and looking at it. (I could be wrong but I did not feel comfortable). MORE Customer service training is required. Something also needs to be done about staff retention. Hand & Stone, staff retention is poor from what I see. I will be ending my membership once I have used up my credits. Dr. Merline Pennant.

Everything was perfect except I would have preferred my glutes worked on even if just for a few minutes. The lady at the front was helpful but a little bit salesy. Overall I had a wonderful experience.

Quality of some services are excellent, while others are very mediocre. Plus, since they raised the member price to new member prices, instead of keeping it grandfathered-in, I have no incentive to keep it.

The appointment I made was not the time on the follow up email.

Thought I was getting a facial that customized my skin care needs and was told that it would cost another 25.00 to get my facial customized . 70.00 was enough and thought that I was getting individualized skincare attention. Told it was for all skincare needs. I won’t be back. Other places to go to….and try where it won’t feel So corporate .

The Therapist was very knowledgeable and friendly and the only reason i didnt pick highly satisfied is because she was very talkative about her personal life which hindered my relaxation. But i will return and try another therapist.

There is always fun for improvement. I don't over taste unless someone went above and beyond.

I felt that after my massage the front desk staff was very interested in me signing up for monthly membership.
