My massage therapist Mary was phenomenal! The best massage I have ever had. I have now gone to her 3-4 times and will keep going to see her! Kaylee the spa associate at the front desk is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Products were slapped on my face without warning. I left with hair on my chin. I think my upgrade was unnecessary.

I have an adverse reaction to the treatment. But it was addressed by the manager. And it was addressed by the esthetician very well.

I was offered a membership, and I declined at first. Then the receptionist recommended it because you get discounted facials at a price of 69.00. But the membership is 69 as well. So for cheaper than the monthly payment and special price I can get the facial with no membership.
