I was greeted by the employee as soon as I entered and she came right over to see if she could help. I was looking for your nectar Defender and she knew right where it was and got it for me. I also got another bag of your Bluebird Burberry Blend. She asked if I had joined the Wild Birds Unlimited customer list and I told her I did. She then advised me that because of what I was purchasing I was entitled to the hanging cup for the food. I was able to pick the color I wanted and was very pleased to have it. I then checked out with Kimberly, a new employee. She was a pleasure to do business with and I was surprised at how much she knew about the products and right where they were in the store. I am so happy to have this business in my town and excited to know they had just earned the best new business award for Culpeper, VA.

The worker was knowledgeable about the items and gave recommendations base both on price and types of birds.

All questions were answered about desired birds to attract, and question about a current bird house placement.

Kimberly K was very helpful and happy:) we love this store and it's location and prices as well as the owners and their knowledge of birds and products

Elizabeth was extremely personable and helpful. She listened to what I was wanting to achieve and made suggestions that would fit my vision.

The two employees that helped me with my purchase (Kim and Tammy) were very nice and friendly. Kim helped me with becoming a DSC Member and even provided me with a gift. I highly recommend this store and will be back.

Kim and Tammy were both very helpful even confirming by demonstration that the cylinder we wanted to purchase would fit in our feeder. Also offered to help carry our items out to the car.

Owners and staff are so very friendly and helpful it feels like family when I am there. Harry is an added charm and I look forward to seeing him on every visit.
