Tammy R and Kim took real good care of me when I was in the store, on 2/16/24 Kattie H, took real good care of me the following day on the phone to change my store and get that hole thing right. She spent at 1/2 an hr, or more on the phone with me and I was very frustrated but she was cheerful and wise and got it done. I have been very happy with the store in Culpeper, Va. It's so much easier for us to get to the store in Culpeper, I love it, and there is always a fur friend to say hello to you in the store. Everyone I have met there has been super courteous and sweet. They've offered to deliver heavy items to my home, made suggestions pertinent to my questions/situation, and are just always delightful to interract with. Due to their partnership, I've really been able to up my birding game in the last few years!
