The staff here is absolutely amazing and eager to help. They greet you as soon as you come through the door. They are highly knowledgeable and passionate about birds.

They not only carry a wide selection of products, are extremely knowledgeable about their products and stand behind them. I needed a repair to a feeder (I dropped it and broke a part) they did the repair in the store while I was there and did not change me for the repair. Also their non melting suet is great as well as their no mess feed.

Staff are great and store is fullvof so many items. But, the nesting feed I bought has not been visited by a single bird so I am disappointed that they aren't liking it.
