Very knowledgeable! I learned a great deal about bird seed and why I was growing new unwanted plants in my yard with a ton of ants with a different brand bought from a large home improvement store. Since using only your seed, I no longer grow unwanted plants and my yard is filled with different birds. So relaxing to sit on my porch and hear the birds singing.

Jeff and Joann are two of the nicest, most knowledgeable bird lovers I've ever spoken with. They always greet my family and I with a smile and take the time to chat about our backyard birds and answer any questions I might have regarding merchandise or birds in general. They make you feel like you've been friends with them forever.
