Friendly staff and very knowledgeable about birds and the merchandise.

I found exactly what I was looking for that day. I also inquired about another product that was out of stock but the owner informed me of the next shipment date and then offered to contact me when it came in. He called the day after he received the shipment to let me know the feeder had arrived. One my first visit I was also well informed about upcoming birding events in the store. I did smile a lot during my visit to the store. As a matter of fact I am going to the store today to buy my new feeder. 😁
