Because we had bad weather in the forecast, I went to Wild Birds Unlimited in search of a feeder that would contain the shell-less mix I had previously bought. Store owner Joanne suggested a clear baffle for the tube feeder I chose. Today is rainy and windy. Mostly black capped chickadees and gold finches have been at the feeder all morning - sheltered from the rain. I am very pleased.

I love going to this store. So much to see and talk about.

The store was a surprise when I saw it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved all of the different merchandise in the store.

I have never been in a bird store before and just being greeted with pleasure and the knowledge of the questions I had… I am totally in love with learning about the different species of birds now
