I was in the Southlake Mall in Indiana, and I was helped by a lovely lady who had a name starting with a J, ending in an A I believe. Sadly I forgot her name. I wanted a new charm for my pandora bracelet, and she helped me, showed me all the charms, and helped me find the perfect one. It was a very pleasant experience and she was very very kind.
