WE WAS NOT GREETED NOR ACKNOWLEDGED OF EVEN BEING IN THE STORE. THE LADY FINISHED HELPING THE CUSTOMER SHE WAS HELPING AND THEN TURNED AND SAID "DO YOU NEED HELP WITH SOMETHING WITH A SLIGHT ATTITUDE LIKE SHE DIDNT WANT TO HELP. I KNEW WHAT I CAME IN FOR WHAT DIDNT OFFER TO SHOW ME ANY OTHER CHARMS. DIDNT FEEL LIKE A WELCOMING COMFORTABLE ENVIROMENT.

The sale Associate was rude and treated us like we were some criminals. And she looked like she didn’t want to attend us. Every question I had she replied with an attitude. And we made a $401.25 purchase and didn’t receipt our gift jewelry Boxes

I purchased a necklace and charm on a previous visit. When I got home, I noticed the necklace had a kink in it. I simply wanted to exchange the necklace. No one (1 manger and 2 salespeople) at the store knew how to do that and they wanted me to come back at a later date which was unacceptable because I don't live close. I waited for 30 minutes as they continued to take other customers while trying to figure out how to exchange. I finally asked if I could just return both pieces which I did not want to do. They said they knew how to do that. So instead of simply exchanging my defective necklace, they lost a sale of $226.31. Another customer couldn't pick up their prepaid online order because they couldn't figure out their computer system. Very poorly managed store. It's a shame because I really wanted to give the necklace as a gift.

Not pleased with my sale person

The sale person, she refused to give me a bigger bag, and decided to put all my items and small individual bags and wanted me to go to carry them out the store. Her comment was we have bigger bags, but I don’t know where they’re at

The sales associate was extremely rude and had no idea how to answer my questions. A gem fell out of my ring when I had only had it for less than a week and I did not want it anymore. I was never told a return had to be unused. She also told me there is a one year warranty when online it clearly states a two year warranty. I just wanted a refund so I didn’t have to deal with it anymore.
