I purchased online with in store pickup, it was fast and easy, sales associate was very kind and helpful. She engaged in conversation with me about Valentine's day and was very polite.

I loved this Pandora because of how helpful and nice the sales associate (her name was Ida) was. She was extremely helpful and super nice all while helping us make personalized decisions all while being super patient with me. She was also really great at multi-tasking, she helped me as well as gave great attention to another guest that had come in while I was in there as well.

I went in there because a birthday charm my son bought me has broken and they were so helpful in finding his info so the charm could b replaced also I end up buying a 50 yrs old charm n got my bracket cleaned so I love that store n will b back n tell everyone I know that has a bracelet to go there, next is a ring...😍
