The associates were very sweet in helping me with my problem. They took the time to figure out what is going on without making me feel unwanted innthe store. They helped me in the end fix the issue.

Amazingly friendly staff, kind, patient and very helpful. From the minute I walked in I was met with smiles and greeted by all of the staff. The lady who served me was really chatty and so helpful and also incredibly patient with me while I made my decision.

We felt discriminated by one of your associates, as we walked in and were looking around, he had keys on the counter as soon as we passed by he grabbed them aggressively and put them away as if we’re gonna steal them or something. He did that twice, the associate helping us was great and tried her best to helps us. We were having trouble trying to pay because Afterpay would not give us your location. She asked him for help and all he said was do you have another for of payment. He didn’t even try to help or gives any time of explanation as to why. He looked at us as if we didn’t belong there. There’s a promotion if you buy $150 or more you get something free. My friends purchase was $150 and some change, we asked him about if and he said it has to be before taxes. I’m sure he could’ve honor the deal, he chose not to. This is the first time I experience something like this at a Pandora location. Mind you I spent $241 dollars at this location. I truly felt discriminated by him. Was it because we were Hispanic?
