I was helped by Tara N and also the manager Brittany T. They were so kind and helpful. Tara helped me design a gorgeous bracelet. It was my first pandora purchase and will not be my last! I hope to work with her again very soon! My new charm bracelet is gorgeous and was the perfect 40th birthday gift to myself! I can't wait to add more to it. The store is very beautiful and the workers were doing a great job of helping every person in the store. I was so impressed. It was very busy because it is the weekend before Valentine's... so I was fully expecting hiccups and there were none. I cannot stress enough that Tara is so knowledgeable and I would not have bought my first charm bracelet if it weren't for her. She wasn't pushy and made sure that I was fully satisfied with my purchase.

Service was awesome and she was very helpful but there we a lot of products out of stock.

Tara was very welcoming and friendly she also helped me in my selection of charms and showed me a large selection to chose from!
