We had to wait a few minutes to be helped as there were other people in the store ahead of us and only two Pandora associates. The associate who helped us acknowledged us and then said she would be with us shortly. She was professional and polite and gave us suggestions for what we were looking for. I was impressed with her excellent customer service skills.
