My husband ordered a bracelet online for my Christmas present. However, the bracelet was too small, we went into the store to exchange the bracelet without any plans to purchase anything else at this time. Natalie assisted us, the exchange was quick and easy. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions on several different products. After talking with her and looking around, we did end up purchasing one more item. We plan to return again soon for more.
