For the last two months I've been trying to EXCHANGE a Pandora charm I received from my sister who lives in Illinois however I didn't have her receipt. She started my LOVE of Pandora with my first bracelet and charm. I was NEVER told of your 30 day return policy. I am extremely DISAPPOINTED I could not EXCHANGE this charm as it was a duplicate of one she sent me several years ago. Now I have a charm I can never use. I'm clearly a repeat customer with an unsolved problem 😔
