Tyrell has good customer service

Customer service was phenomenal! They treated fair and were up front about everything. The only negative is the zero % financing that was offered wasn’t able to be complete due to technical detail with the lender.

They were able to get my car in the same day and replace the rotors and brakes front and back.

It was great! They did mention the sales they had for the month such as the buy 3 tires get 1 free. That was awesome. I was able to get a set of 4 tires NEW for a great price for a great tire. Beyond glad I went there. New tire/wheel shop around in this town of Elko. Les Schwab has lost a customer to Big O tires! Love it!

Employees were friendly, they were all busy but it was a comfortable atmosphere. The employees seemed like they were happy to be there.

Keefer was super awesome. He was really knowledgeable and kind. I have not seen him in there before, but he fits right in with Tye & Julia. They are all sooo great and wonderful. We always recommend you guys.
