Big O Tires

I was highly impressed with the work that was done on my car, because I showed up the next day and everything was ready. I even arrived late and they fit me into the schedule bc they were so efficient.

I arrived 10 am on a Thursday, I needed 2 tires for my Honda Fit which is an odd size, they had the tires. I was out in 30 minutes done.

Keefer at the Elko store helped me. He was very courteous and helpful.

They did pretty much everything I needed done to my Tahoe except the 2 torsion bar that need to be replaced are no longer available through any vendors, companies quit making them I guess. The guy did tell me he will keep an eye out for some though just incase he does find any elsewhere, so as soon as I picked up my Tahoe they let me drop off my other truck that needs worked on as well, overall good service.

Johnny was VERY thorough with explanation and price point. He ordered the parts the night before (when I last minute scheduled) Very satisfied with the service of my car! Very friendly and reliable.. Johnny is definitely someone I will specifically ask for next time! A+++
