All our experience with Big O Tires comes from living in Delta, Colorado. I came in for what I thought was a bad Alternator, but come to find out there wasn't enough antifreeze in my radiator and there's a switch to keep the car from starting. Topping-off the antifreeze solved the problem. Had this been back in Delta, they would have gone ahead and changed the Alternator. Was nice to feel good at the service at a Big O Tire!!
