The new owners are excellent, just as the previous owner was. Staff are great with customers and product knowledge.

I only go to Big O and have always received great service. I purchased a battery last visit and Julia helped with taking the new battery to my vehicle.

They had our tires in stocks and were able to install the day we called. Super friendly and knowledgeable...and at a great price! Thank you!!

Using a competitor for a time it became less and less and less appealing. They were taking entirely too long and showing no real interest in keeping me as a customer. Within a few min of entering the Big O location the overall atmosphere made me feel much more comfortable with my choice to try for met vehicle service needs. Employees were friendly and obviously involved in what I needed. A loyal customer was earned without a doubt.

That is the only place I will take my vehicles to big O in Elko Nevada. They treat me right and they do the best job I’ve ever seen. Hands-down best place I’ve ever taken my vehicles and purchased tires.
