I am always taken care of. Ty and Matt both were really friendly and got me in and out quickly and efficiently.

Inability to location issue and give satisfactory explanation of said issue

Didn't have the tire I needed

I'm satisfied they could use more staff to service vehicles I had to reschedule a appointment to flush my transmission

The service was good but I did ask a question to which the staff didn't have an answer. It wasn't a big deal.

Card application was lost

i just came from less slob they had no tires on hand to fit my vehicle. Big O had everything and where extremely friendly and helpful! From now on I am a BIG O customer

There were wrong parts ordered BUT everything they did to remedy that was fenominal.
