Big O Tires

I don't even live in elko NV anymore!! They know how to treat customers even before I ever purchased tires or service with them they treated me like a forever customer! I won't even go to big o in winnemucca where I live now! I will drive the 130 miles to do business with Chuck and Ty! Keep up the excellent work!

Inability to location issue and give satisfactory explanation of said issue

Didn't have the tire I needed

I'm satisfied they could use more staff to service vehicles I had to reschedule a appointment to flush my transmission

The service was good but I did ask a question to which the staff didn't have an answer. It wasn't a big deal.

Card application was lost

i just came from less slob they had no tires on hand to fit my vehicle. Big O had everything and where extremely friendly and helpful! From now on I am a BIG O customer

There were wrong parts ordered BUT everything they did to remedy that was fenominal.
