For the most part. The little things. Was initially given a quote by Kiefer. After looking at it more closely. I noticed the tire size was wrong. Called and spoke with Julia. She confirmed wrong size as well. She said she was going to do some research and call me back. That call never came. I had to call the next day. She admitted her mistake that my notes had got lost. We finally got tired ordered and she’d call me the next day when the tires arrived. That call never came. I had to call 2x on Thursday to verify they were in.

Brought in a single trailer tire for replacement, the purchase was OK but it was never explained to me that I was going to be charged for balancing as well. I don’t normally balance travel trailer tires.

Great service for the price, took longer than expected. Building was very clean and the bathroom cleanliness was good. The only thing to say is to give the customer a better estimated time of waiting on the job performed.

One of my car rim has a scratch from a previous problem, and they put it on the left front side of the car, which caused the car to shake on the freeway, which can later cause a car problem because where the rim is located. Now I have to change it to the back. However besides that I was really satisfied with Big O Tires company.

I was told I would receive a $30 discount for being a senior and a veteran. At checkout I only received a $13 dollar discount.

It takes a long time to get an oil change and tire rotation. The throw-away paper floor covering was left in my car along with a plastic wrapper.

It consistently takes 4 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. Frustrating!! We keep coming back though because the coupons in the mail make Big O the cheapest oil change in town.
