I thought Big O did a good job, the associates are always so informative and very friendly. I just don’t like the wait time for my oil change.

Quality service n professional for the price I paid. Even though I had experienced a few minor problems picking up the truck , they were willing to fix it quickly n correctly. Mr Taylor is extremely awesome

Pricing was extremely high for the product I received, employees with greasy uniforms got my seat greasy. All and all not a bad experience, the lady working the front desk was super helpful and had a great attitude

They called and said that my unit was completed. When I arrived they were still doing the alignment which took a longer time. I had to weight quit awhile. Other wise I am quit satisfied.

Awesome staff, super friendly. They took time to explain the problem to me then made sure I understood the process to fix my car and the cost associated with the repair. I felt really confident that everything would be okay when they were done.

It took a very long time to rotate the tires on my vehicle. I left the vehicle for several hours, which they originally said a couple hours. They also forgot to apply a window sticker reminder for my next rotation.

Several of the lug nuts on my wife’s car were damaged so badly they needed to be replaced. I’ve done plenty of work on this vehicle myself and managed to never encounter the problems they had at this shop. Reason given by desk associate was their air guns are “very powerful” and spun the aluminum cap off the nuts. I would suggest a gentler touch and lower power application when first beginning work.
