Big O Tires

I needed a tire patched and got hustled into a brand new set of tires. They didn't even have the size that an f150 comes with or have a serviceable used one in stock. So I threw away 3 decent tires and have a spare that's a different size than my new tires. Had I had time to go somewhere else and not been a long way from home I would have left when they said they couldn't fix my flat.

Stopped by shop - they were busy - made said to come back at 4:00. Asked if needed my name, said they would get it when I came back. Came back at 3:55, checked in - asked them to ck a tire that had been repaired in Nevada - still losing air pressure. Said they would get it right in - only two vehilces in bay - then the subject that checked me in apparently went to lunch. Couple vehicles that came in after me got in. My vehicle didn't get in until 4:48 at 5:00 manager said they couldn't find any leaks and the repair from Nevada was good. Didn't get out until after 5:30. I know things happen, but no explanation or excuse for the delay. While waiting I thoroughly considered going somewhere else - except for the fact that I purchased the tires from Discount Tires and it would cost me to rotate somewhere else. So will continue to go there at least until I need new tires and will then decide if I will continue dealing with Discount Tires.

Was advised that 3 of my TPMS sensors were not working and the third had a dying battery. I drive a smart car. There is zero indication that this is true. I work at NAPA next door, I’m not new to cars. This just lost you a customer and I will not recommend you to anyone, EVER.

Be upfront with product information. When I requested a quote on these tires I specifically asked if they were 33”, which I was told yes. Turns out they were actually 31”. It took so long to install them that by the time I got the vehicle back it was 30 min after closing and too dark to actually see the Vehicle. I was expressed my dissatisfaction the next day when I had to bring the vehicle back in for an alignment that they couldn’t get to during my initial installation and there was no attempt by the employee to rectify the situation.

Get the Bi-Owner out of customer service. Yes, I said it. I'm extremely disappointed in Mr. Tyrrells demeanor, and all around approach to My vehicle's servicing. Very arrogant... I had 3 vehicles serviced at Big O tires under the direction of Mr. T. I felt under appreciated, and like I was doing him a favor. I'm a Honorable Veteran, and a Senior citizen of the community. I expect to do business with a firm that is customer motivated, and shows it every visit to the shop. I thank you for this critique. Please understand I do believe in relationships. Actually do the work u say ur going to do. The tires look great no complaints there. But my alignment is still way off

Tech broke tpms tire sensor when removing tire from rim. I was asked to buy replacement and new one installed was not calibrated correctly and never worked correctly. Had to have another Big O several states away fix issue when I got home.

I will never allow anyone from Big O Tire touch my truck any longer. The 3 and 2 kit has broken twice in three weeks. They said it was repaired, but now I’m stuck 300 miles away from home with the same problem.

I brought my truck in for an alignment and when I picked it up the lug nuts on the front driver side wheel were loose. I had torques these before I had brought the truck in and when I left they were loose which caused damage to the wheel. If the truck had been taken on a test drive after the alignment this would have been noticed. I went to the shop to see if there was anything that they could do about this and they said since nothing was caught on camera there is nothing they can do. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles to this shop again and will not recommend it to anybody else because of this.

The vehicle quit less than a block from the store, she was able to get it restarted and home but the car was making a different sound and lacked power when accelerating. I went for a ride in it then looked under the hood. I found the air filter stuffed partially in, upside down and backwards and the lid kind of wedged on top.
