Big O Tires

It's amazing how you let me take a vehicle from you that was unsafe to drive on the road twice. My radar will pick up the car/truck in the lane next to me and start slowing down because it thinks it is in front of me. Now if the vehicle was stopped my truck could hit the brake and create an accident that could kill me and others on the road. I understand you can care less who you kill as long as you make money but don't expect me to like it.

Purchased new brakes and rotors at a Big O in Tucson less than a year ago. Brakes started making loud noises so took it to Elko Big O and was told we needed new brakes/rotors and quoted a price. When shown the receipt from the recent brake purchase which was nearly the same as what Elko quoted, was told that they don't warranty other Big O franchise brake work and that it appeared that the rotors may not have even been replaced. Yes, it would be great to go after the franchise in Tucson, but we dont live there! We expected that Big O was the same west-wide, but were told that's not the case.

I brought my vehicle in for an alignment it now severely pulls to the right. The tech said the tie rods were froze on. I had the dealership put on tie rods when they did the lift kit a month ago. I paid full price for it to drive worse now.
