Big O Tires

Great communication very knowledgeable staff

Had a tire blowout while out of town. Went to Big O Tires because of their known service in my hometown. Very satisfied with their help in Elko being competent and very efficient. Had to wait 2 days for the tires to arrive but was not inconvenienced. I have been going to Big O Tires since the 1980's and will continue to do so for all my tire needs.

Johnny was very friendly. He found a charge that should not have been there and had it removed. The staff rotated in the spare as requested to keep the tread close on all five tires. The vehicle is AWD and I was told having different tread levels could cause problems. The spare area was put back together nicely and the car seemed to ride well on the way home.

I had a nail in my truck tire. They got in immediately and explained the job and cost before the work was done. They repair my tire very quickly, even gave me an update during the repair. Great job, excellent service!

I called in and my associate was busy on the phone. Keefer helped me out and was amazing. There was no wait he got me in very fast. Keefer has amazing customer service. When I walked into the store everyone greets me and The Owner TY and Culter are amazing also.
