Julia who I know from her high school days was extremely helpful. She not only provided me with a price quote, but when I had given her the wrong tire size, she immediately made an adjustment. I was greeted in a friendly manner and the service to replace my tires was done very quickly. I am highly satisfied by how I was treated and the convenience of using the Big O Tire Store in Elko. I will be recommending that people check it out for the value and courtesy that was displayed.

Scheduled tire install and alignment on one vehicle and the non scheduled tire purchase, install and alignment on another vehicle later in the day . Everything went off splendidly. The staff was great to work with. Will be back.

They were the most customer service oriented folks I have seen in a long time. I asked for a service not everyone is going to do and in the time they performed the task. I'm an out of town customer and they immediately tried to help me.

I shopped around town to all the tire shops. Big O by far had the best prices and best value, there low cost tire option was $20 less per tire that anyoneelse. I ended up With the Big O Brand for the added value and warranty that comes with the tires. The store was very busy and the associates were ewxtremly freindly the whole time. They kept me updated throughout the process. The witing are is high class, it is so clean and inviting. They gave me complimentary water and had crayons and coloring pages for my children. I can tell as a customer that the owners of this business take it serioous and have deep family values. Its not often you are treated this well as a customer. Im honestly looking forward to going back to have my free rotations so i can hang out there again.
