Big O Tires

There was a miscommunication with the sales person. Brakes were in need of changing but I had said I would do those myself since I like a certain company and type of brakes. Brakes were put on anyway, but the sales person did credit me on the invoice and it was taken care of. Also would have liked to asked on tue alignment if I wanted to purchase a longer alignment service rather than just the single service, I like to buy the multi year services.

I came in for a regular service, oil change and inspection, along with tire rotation. I was informed that I needed new lug nuts. That was fine. The issue I have is that about a week later my low tire pressure light came on. When I brought the car back to have them check the tires, they mentioned that the tires must have only been inflated to the minimum level. They reasoned it was climate change. One of the tires required quite a bit more air than the others. After driving the car for a couple of days, my low pressure light has not come on. This leads me to surmise 2 things. One, the tires never received an air pressure check when I was in previously. Two, that the customer service is lacking in that I would expect thought to go in to the time of year and the need for the air pressure to be inflated to the max level, not the minimum level.

While there I had my one year daughter. In the courtesy fridge was an apple. Many places have out fruit for customers. I thought this apple was for customers. I gave it to my daughter to eat. She was happily eating it when one of the employees who was up front came up to her and asked her for the apple. I thought he was just playing with her and I didn’t do anything. Then he literally took the apple which my daughter was eating and the employee said, “mine”. The employee TOOK AN APPLE AWAY FROM A BABY. I couldn’t believe it. I told the employee that the apple was in the courtesy fridge. He grunted something and then proceeded to eat what I guess was his apple. This employee has terrible people skills and should not have had his apple in the courtesy fridge if he didn’t want customers to eat it. This employee should absolutely not have taken the apple from my baby.

The staff of 3 at the front desk area was very unprofessional in their conversations. Inappropriate topics and ver inappropriate swearing for a place of business. F-bombs and other offensive words were being dropped without regard to the customer.

There is nothing that needs to be done that place is wonderful and the best and the coolest and most awesome and all around just the best place to go better than tire busters

It took over three hours to change four tires and emissions test at this location with an appointment scheduled.
