Big O Tires

I’ve been here several time and they always treat my vehicles like their own. This time I had a pretty wacky electrical problem and they got it figured out for me. Awesome team. I’ll be back for any other vehicle needs.

I love the fact that they handled everything so quickly. They opened the door for me when I was walking up to drop my car off and made sure all my needs were met. And finished so fast. Everything took under an hour and didn’t try to upscale me.

Friendly staff. We stopped in with rv. They took the information and told us they get back to us in a half hour. I called they had are parts. We went back and they began working on it . Took awhile but it was a big job. Friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend.

Gave me the information I needed. They had an opening right away so I could bring my vehicle in right away. The bill was lower than they quoted me on it.

As soon as I entered they were very friendly with me. My service didn’t take very long. They put on a movie for the others while I did my word search. And it was very clean there.

Went to another automated place. They told us after waiting 8 hours (with an appt.) that the oroblem was a stabilizer bar broken. We believe after all that time they never even looked to find out what the problem was. Just put down what they thought it was. Should have just gone to Big O to begin with where we have always had good service. So second opinion time. Pulled into Big O. The guys said to pull it into a bay. The very experienced mechanic listened to what was going on with our car. Did some diagnosing came up with the correct issue. They gave us an estimate. We called a couple of days later and made an appointment. They had to order parts (Friday) and Monday they were already there for our appointment. Drove my husband home as the job was taking 3-4 hours. Picked him up 4 hours later. Got the correct problem fixed-front lower control arms-car is once again quiet. No loud squeeking, rusty spring noise. Love it! Very knowledgeable mechanics. Thank you Big O. We are very happy with the service and kindness shown us.

The associate was very friendly and ready to answer all of my questions with clarity. The service was performed in a timely manner and the waiting room was like a home theater with a 65" TV, water and comfy individual couches.

Big o gives among the best customer service I have seen. The very WORST I have seen at big o would be ‘average’ elsewhere, and normal at big o would be exceptional elsewhere

It was very easy to set up an appointment and get in. The employee greeted me kindly and kept me up to speed on what was happening, it was very clean and nice to be able to sit there and relax. Thank you!

We have a lot of driving this weekend but our brakes were going bad and all our mechanics were at least a week out. We called Big O and explained the situation and they said they could get us tonight, so my husband left immediately and they were able to fix the brakes within an hour!! Thanks for the ease of mind!!
