Timely, friendly, went out of their way to help an elderly lady with difficulty transporting her car. They were communicative. HIGHLY recommend!!

My truck broke down in Payson with my son-in-law and three grandchildren in it. They were stranded. Scott at Big O in Payson took care of them in 3 hours and had them on their way to a camping outing. I am very grateful to Scott for his knowledge, expertise, and ability to get them on the road again. Thank you Scott at Big O in Payson. He made my family's day.

It was a very quick visit, the issues I needed to resolve were quickly and efficiently fixed. This was the quickest I've ever been in and out of any auto parts store. It was a job well done!

There was a problem with my alignment because I did work on the truck myself, so the alignment was so far out it took a while to get properly adjusted. I don’t blame the staff at all and I knew it was going to be a challenge. I was unfortunately close to the time to pick my kids up from school and an employee offered to let me use their vehicle to pick up my son from school. Fortunately they finished the job right before I needed to leave to pick up my son so I didn’t have to rely on the employee’s kind offer. Definitely achieved a customer for life.
