The Burlington office was great but the Reidsville and Eden NC offices. Had an appointment for initial car pick up at 5:00 and the office personnel were not at that location. Had to get someone else from the body shop that shares the building to contact the rep since we received no answer when we called. Ended up having to go all the way to Eden to pick up the rental car.
