Overall service

Robert Head was excellent! He clearly explained all aspects of the products I purchased, what would be required to do once they were installed, and once the vehicle was on the lift they notified me that the pins on my rear brake weren't functioning as they should. This was fixed and Robert recommend also replacing the brake fluid in addition to the pads I had requested to be installed. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and the value I recieved with the tire warranty. I highly recommend Big O to my close friends and family. Great work Robert/the mechanic team!

Got in and out in a decent amount of time, friendly staff

My cars front end was at the point of causing a bad accident for me. The manager explained in detail the problem and why I should not drive the car. they were very concerned for my safety, gave me a ride home and to work the next day. I plan on going back on 11/7/22 to get the left front bearing/ABS replaced. Thank you very much!!! Pamala Momyer

We were at the end of our four week cross country road trip. It was our final morning, and we were to be heading back home. When we left our hotel our low tire pressure light came on. We went to a gas station and put some air in the tire. My husband looked at the tire and noticed a nail in it. We saw BigO tires were in the area, and went right there. They were even open early and got us right in!! Both workers we dealt with ver very friendly and helpful. They fixed the tire and we were on our way!!! Thanks to BigO for taking care of us (:

I have been coming to this location for many years because of the people, the service, and the accessibility of the location to where I live. Other than occasionally having to wait a day or so for a tire or a part, I have always been taken well care of and given clear and precise advice and pricing on services. I and my family will continue to come to this store for all of our tire needs.
