I was immediately greeted by Robert when I walked in door. I made appointment on line and he was aware of what I needed. He explained everything gave me best possible price on everything. He had one of the guys take me home and when was finished he came and picked me up. I have never been so pleased with a company before. I will diffently go back.

I have been taking all my vehicles to this location for years. This trip was for a routine tire rotation on tires I had previously purchased. The tech did a safety check and advised me of the rear brakes at a replacement measurement. This is why I trust Big O and this location. They keep my car running safely.

Tire rotation was marked on invoice but tech failed to do the work on work order, also forgot the window sticker for next oil change

Scratched rims, had to ask about different alignment plans, didn't go over alignment paperwork for understanding what the paper says.

I didn’t expect the cost to be so much

The tires I chose with myonlineappointmentwere not available. I had to go with a more expensive tire.

I was told that the Nexen tires I purchased were made by Michelin, as the tires I wanted to buy were not in stock, and that these were an equal replacement. I researched and found the Michelin claim to be false and that the tires I purchased were only warrantied to 50k miles, the original tires I wanted were rated to 65k miles. Overall I'm happy with what I got for the price but I feel a little bamboozled.

I didn't realize they would check my pickup alignment and charge me for it.

Two of my tires were over inflated. They are supposed to be 32 PSI. One was inflated to 44 PSI, another to 37 PSI. Easily remedied, but still a little concerning.
