High prices for tire change, raised since last year. We have been coming here for awhile, so it would be nice to have a lower price

I made an appointment a week in advance. I got many confirmation emails. I arrived on time for my appointment. Clearly no one had even looked at my appointment. The rude and uninformed associate mocked me for making an online appointment, said that only 2 tires where available, and stared at me waiting for me to figure it out. A week is plenty of time to ensure 4 tires are available and ready to go. Manager Noah seemed unconcerned. Robert stepped in and helped the situation very much. Original employee Frankie should be removed before he hurts someone.

Yes, I was early for my scheduled appointment, told they were a little behind, would be an hour and a half.....3 hours later, I got my vehicle. JUST when I decided to leave without the oil change, they took my pickup in....still an hour before it was done. Nothing was said unless I went to the front desk to ask.

I was really satisfied with the way Gomez took the time to explain my break issue with me. the only constructive criticism that I have is the service writer should communicate a little better with the mechanics. Alayna was really nice however.

So I called in to get a tire rotation and oil change , I explained I had one tire from another shop and 3 from there place they said they can still rotate I trusted them and assumed they did it like I was told Well turns out the tire I bought eles where was still in the back like I had it in the first place so the rotation was never completed unfortunately

Give Robert a different position from customer service. Interesting thing is I was telling someone else about this and her husband had the same experience with him and took his business to another Big O. I won't be returning and will tell others. I've been going to this store since it opened... Sad thing
